ai-video-make creates instant digital videos, images, and related assets using AI technology. Because our products are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," this Refund Policy balances flexibility with the realities of digital goods. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

General Principles

  • All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through creem or other approved providers.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing fees charged by payment partners are non-refundable unless required by law.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Free Trials

When available, free trials let you experience the Service before billing begins. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Initial Purchase Refund

You may request a full refund within three (3) days of your initial purchase if you have consumed 50 credits or fewer. Once you exceed 50 credits in usage, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Renewals

For automatic renewals, subscriptions will continue unless canceled before the next billing date. Once a renewal payment is processed and any credits from the new period are consumed, renewal payments become non-refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; access remains until that date.

Promotional Items, Gifts, and Bonuses

Complimentary credits, referral rewards, and promotional discounts have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or cash conversion.

Technical Issues

If you encounter platform issues that prevent you from using credits or accessing purchased features, contact support within 72 hours. We will attempt to resolve the issue or, if resolution is not possible, provide an appropriate credit or refund.
